The Great Garden Race Debuts at Oak Creek South Park
CENTERVILLE, OH: Join the Centerville-Washington Park District for an adventure in gardening at The Great Garden Race, happening Saturday, May 16, at Oak Creek South Park. This free family-friendly event will have participants racing from station to station around a 0.4-mile loop, compiling all the elements of a miniature garden. Designed for participants of all ages, the seed starter stations are recommended for ages 4 – 10. The event runs from 9:00 until 10:30 a.m.
This event is part of the Centerville-Washington Park District’s Tools to Trek program, promoting active outdoor adventures for families.
Oak Creek South Park is located at 790 Miamisburg-Centerville Road (State Route 725). The park features a popular playground, a skatepark and indoor restrooms.
