Teddy Bear Picnic Returns to Bill Yeck Park for a Sweet Spring Evening

CENTERVILLE, OH: The Centerville-Washington Park District will be hosting its 4th Teddy Bear Picnic in the Park on Friday, April 10, 2026. Families are invited to enjoy a sweet spring evening from 4–5:30 p.m. at Bill Yeck Park’s Smith House entrance (2230 E. Centerville Station Rd.).

Children of all ages are encouraged to bring their favorite stuffed animal for an evening of crafts, games and a scavenger hunt. Participants will make matching friendship bracelets with their stuffed friends and take them along on a nature scavenger hunt around the Smith House grounds.

Families are welcome to bring dinner or enjoy the light refreshments provided while relaxing together on the lawn.

Registration is requested. Registered participants will receive a notification if the event must be canceled due to inclement weather. Register online or call 937-433-5155.

Allergens may be present in some refreshments and in food brought by other participants.
