Color Fun Run Returns to Forest Field Park
CENTERVILLE, OH: Get ready to run, dash, and get splashed with color at the Cue the Hue! Color Fun Run, happening Saturday, April 18 at Forest Field Park. This vibrant, family-friendly event celebrates some of nature’s most colorful plants and animals with bursts of color powder along a one-mile course designed for participants of all ages.
Young runners can kick things off with a 100-meter dash for ages 10 and under, beginning at 9:30 a.m. The full event begins at 9:00 a.m., so arrive early and get ready for a colorful start to your weekend!
Sponsored by Frios Gourmet Pops, the Cue the Hue! Color Fun Run encourages participants to track their time using their favorite fitness apps and share their results and photos on the official Facebook event page. The first 50 children to attend the event will receive a free popsicle!
Pro Tip: Wear white or light-colored shirts to make the most of the colorful powder experience. Please avoid leather or suede, as these materials may stain.
This event is part of the Centerville-Washington Park District’s Tools to Trek program, promoting active outdoor adventures for families.
Forest Field Park is located at 2100 E. Centerville Station Road. The park features a popular all-access playground, a nature play area and indoor restrooms.
