Subject: Getting Out and Enjoying Nature at Big Bend Park
CENTERVILLE, OH: The Centerville-Washington Park District and the Rec West Enrichment Center offer free monthly tours of local nature spots. The Park District naturalist addresses seasonal happenings on the slow-paced walk. May’s tour will be at Big Bend Park, 1328 Spring Ash Drive, on Thursday, May 23. The walk begins at 10 a.m. and will last approximately 1 hour. Enjoy the beautiful spring wildflowers!
The monthly Getting Out and Enjoying Nature walks are for ages 16 and over. Register online at www.cwpd.org or call (937)433-5155 to register. Pre-registration is required. The registration deadline is Wednesday, May 22 at 4:30 p.m.
