Discover Everyday Strategies for Healthy Aging and Independence

CENTERVILLE, OH: Join the Centerville-Washington Park District on Friday, August 14, for an interactive presentation at the Activity Center Park Community Room focused on practical strategies to help older adults stay strong, mobile and independent as they age.

Presenters will break down simple, safe exercises and lifestyle habits that support heart health, muscle power, joint function, proper fueling and fall prevention. You’ll leave with clear, realistic tools you can start using right away to support long-term health and independence.
