By taking the time to sort and recycle, you are helping to make our community a healthier and more beautiful place to live.
Recycling…
- reduces harmful chemicals in landfills;
- reduces the need for energy and raw materials, cutting down on deforestation and global warming;
- creates jobs;
- keeps plastic out of our waterways where it harms plant and animal wildlife and pollutes our water supplies.
Battery recycling is available at Activity Center Park. The bin is located near the community room doors. Look for the green awning above the doors. Please do not leave batteries on top of or near the bin. They must fit in the tube to be accepted.
