Learn simple acrylic painting techniques to break a scene into shapes\, layers and colors\, with an emphasis on creative interpretation rather than perfect realism. Working from a real outdoor view in the park\, teens will build confidence in composition\, color mixing and brushwork while creating a finished landscape painting on an 11×14 canvas to take home.
