This class will focus on injury prevention. An optional\, free range-of-motion health assessment administered by Airrosti Rehab Center\, LLC is available. Any additional follow-up or inquiries on the advice given will need to be conducted with Airrosti directly. We will learn to make soap through cold processing\, using lye and fat to build our bars as well as essential oils and natural colorants.
