WHOO do you think roams the park at night? This camp will be all about nocturnal wildlife! Games, activities, crafts and guest speakers will turn this day camp into a nocturnal novelty — no flashlight needed!

All the different colors in nature are what make your parks so beautiful! We will spend each day looking for a featured color. At the end of the end of the week, we will explore all the colors we learned about. Campers are encouraged to wear the featured color each day of camp!

ACtivity Squad Camp Week 9

We have a variety of teamwork-based games and activities ready for you, should you accept the challenge. Our fan-favorite camp version of The Amazing Race is back! Make sure your shoes are tied and gear is packed, because the clock starts now! We will use our inflatable S.A.F.E. Archery equipment this week.

ACtivity Squad Camp Week 10

Ages 9 – 13

 

One of our most popular themes is back for round two! We will split into teams to play games outdoors! Activities will include laser tag, archery tag, water tag, capture the flag and a Nerf battle! We will learn about creatures in nature that also work in teams. We will mix up teams throughout the day.

We all know about the classic cryptids — bigfoot, moth man, and such. But, what about the ‘mystical’ creatures that live in our parks and are very much real? From the Unicorn Clubtail Dragonfly, the polka-dotted Northern Flicker, and Southern Flying Squirrel, your camper will learn about the cryptids of Bill Yeck Park — both real and imagined.
