Pickleball League Mixed Doubles Beginner A

Join a Park District pickleball league and play pickleball in the parks this summer! All leagues are 6 weeks long. Six Franklin X-40 pickleballs per team are included and can be picked up from Park District Headquarters prior to league play. Please note, this is a league designed for players with a basic understanding of pickleball rules, but who are still early in their pickleball skill development. No instruction/lessons are included in the league.

Beaded Suncatchers

Bring the sunshine inside with a sparkly, nature-themed suncatcher. We will be learning the basics of making wire and bead suncatchers. Make one of three sample projects. No previous experience is necessary.

Bioluminescence Hike (Fireflies!)

An evening hike exploring the world of fireflies and their bioluminescence. This guided hike will take you through trails where you’ll witness the glow of fireflies lighting up the night. Learn about the science behind their bioluminescence. This is a Tools to Trek program.

Young Birders Club Meeting

Kettering PRCA and Centerville-Washington Park District are collaborating to bring the joy of bird watching to our youth. Bird watching and identification is a fun and rewarding hobby and also a great place to make friends. Light snacks are provided. Participants must become members of the Ohio Young Birders Club and be between the ages of 12 and 18.

Family Fun Tennis Day

Summer Archery: Family Battles
