Hidden Meadows Camp Wk 3 All Day
Ages 5 – 12
Monday – Wednesday & Friday, June 16 – 18 & 20 (no camp on June 19)
This week is all about speed! We will learn about some of Ohio’s fastest animals, from the coyote to the peregrine falcon! We will also show off our own speed in your favorite camp games, relay races and hikes. Think you can keep up for this week of competitive, outdoor fun? No camp will be held on June 19 in recognition of Juneteenth.

Sugar Valley Day Camp Week 3
Ages 6 – 12
Monday – Wednesday & Friday, June 16 –18 & 20 (no camp on June 19)
This camp will be about all things water! Campers will play in the creek, learn about mud and fossils, play water games, and explore all the splashtacular things that water can do! No camp will be held on June 19 in recognition of Juneteenth

Let’s stay active and healthy, all while trying new outdoor activities! Each week has different themes and activities. Science and engineering are taking center stage this week. From science experiments to design challenges, this week is action-packed and ready for fun.

Camp WILD Child – Afternoon
Ages 3 – 5
This memorable week of camp will include unstructured nature play, creek romping and more! Your child will explore with their five senses through process art and sensory play, participate in cooperative games & investigation stations and have the chance to truly let their imaginations run wild! Camp held outdoors in all safe weather conditions! Remember to dress for the mess and prepare to be outdoors, rain or shine!

Classic Archery Camp (Afternoon Session)
Ages 8 – 12

This introductory archery camp will teach the basics of competition-style archery. Using technique, range safety and basic archery terms, campers will enjoy games and gain a new hobby to enjoy with friends. All equipment will be provided.

Firefly Yoga
Ages 18 and up
Enjoy a relaxing night of yoga with Method Yoga Studio’s Megan Lees while we watch the park sparkle! Learn about the bioluminescence of the firefly after practicing breathwork, standing poses, flowing poses and ending with relaxation surrounded by the glittering forest.

Summer Solstice Appreciation Night
Recommended for ages 14 and up
Celebrate the longest day of the year with the Centerville-Washington Park District and the Washington-Centerville Public Library. This evening will feature poetry around the campfire.
Registration is not required; however, registered participants will receive weather updates by email, if necessary.
Critters & Crawlers in the Garden
Ages 3 – 5 with adult companion
From wriggly worms and crawly millipedes, to buzzing bees and leaping grasshoppers, the garden is full of critters! At this fun-filled preschool program, you will get hands-on with the creatures that call gardens home. Read stories, meet some garden critters, and go on a BIG backyard bug search! All participants will also get to plant a flower to take home in their very own flower pot!

Butterfly Survey
Recommended for ages 8 and up
Help contribute to research by joining the naturalist on butterfly surveys. Identify and count butterflies while observing other seasonal wildlife as we stroll. No experience is necessary. Trail is approximately one mile in length on uneven terrain. This is a Tools to Trek program.

Watercolor – Drawing with a Paintbrush
Ages 18 and up
In this workshop, we are going to create loose watercolor botanical drawings. We will start with a quick charcoal value study, then a black and white wwateatercolor, and wrap up with an expressive full-color watercolor botanical. Leave the class with three versions of your botanical. All skill levels are welcome! All equipment will be provided.

Bike Centerville Community Ride B
Ages 18 and up
Take advantage of this opportunity to explore Centerville and Washington Township by bicycle. The ride will be led by trained and experienced bike leaders and will help you learn routes to shopping, parks and more! Rides will be an easy-paced 10 to 15 miles that start and end at a park.

Pickleball League Any Doubles My Teen & Me A
Ages 12 – 17 plus a family member over 21
Join a Park District pickleball league and play pickleball in the parks this summer! All leagues are six weeks long. Six Franklin X-40 pickleballs per team are included and can be picked up from Park District Headquarters prior to league play. This for-fun league is open to any doubles teams (men’s, women’s, or mixed doubles) comprised of a teen and their parent/guardian or other close family member over the age of 21. Please register your teen and list the participating family member in the questions. Both players must have an online account set up on the same household profile.

Recreation Day Camp: Week 4, Forest Field
Ages 5 – 11
Recreation Day Camp (RDC) offers a variety of recreation activities, sports, games, arts and crafts, guest speakers and more! This fun program keeps children outdoors and active all week! Recreation Day Camp is weather-dependent; you will receive a refund for any canceled days at the end of the week.

ACtivity Squad Camp Week 4
Ages 9 – 13
Welcome, young ninjas! This week focuses on building our ninja skills, including coordination, agility, and strategy. Stealth and creativity will be tested through a variety of challenges. Valor Martial Arts will join us to build some taekwondo skills too!mWe will also practice our archery skills using inflatable S.A.F.E. Archery equipment!
