Please sign up for this will call if you are a single player without a partner. We will make every effort to match you with a partner and then enroll you in one of our intermediate+ pickleball leagues. Please indicate in the enrollment questions which intermediate+ league you prefer. Please note that the Any Doubles League (open to men’s, women’s, or mixed doubles) on Mondays is the easier league to find a partner for.

Tuesdays, August 20 – September 17

Join a Park District pickleball league and play pickleball in the parks this spring! All leagues are 5 weeks long. This for-fun league is open to any doubles teams (men’s, women’s, or mixed doubles) at the beginner level. Please note, this is a league designed for players with a basic understanding of pickleball rules, but who are still early in their pickleball skill development. No instruction/lessons are included in the league.

Wednesdays, August 21 – September 18

Join a Park District pickleball league and play pickleball in the parks this spring! All leagues are 5 weeks long. Join a Park District pickleball league and play pickleball in the parks this summer! All leagues are 5 weeks long. Please note, this is a league designed for players with a basic understanding of pickleball rules, but who are still early in their pickleball skill development. No instruction/lessons are included in the league.

Join us for an evening of spoiling your dogs with fun activities, a photo booth, giveaways and a puppachino bar. Activities will be held outside the dog park and the gated areas will remain open for off-leash play. In honor of the upcoming National Dog Day, we will be collecting donations for SICSA, a pet adoption and wellness center in our community.

Ages 18 and up

Take advantage of this opportunity to explore Centerville and Washington Township by bicycle. The ride will be led by trained and experienced bike leaders and will help you learn routes to shopping, parks and more! Rides will be an easy-paced 10 to 15 miles that start and end at a park.

Recommended for ages 8 and up

Enjoy family time together on a sunset walk through our wildflower meadow. Each family will get a wildflower identification guide and choose two types of seeds to take home, including instructions on how to plant them! Register one person per family.

Tuesdays and Fridays, September 3 – November 26

Meet up with other trail trekking enthusiasts to trek through the parks during this self-guided meet-up program! You must bring your own Nordic poles if you sign up for this option.

There is no registration deadline for this program. Join anytime! Tuesday Trail Trekking locations will be the same as the A Walk in the Park program.

Ages 18 and up
Tuesdays and Fridays, September 3 – November 26

Meet up with other trail trekking enthusiasts to trek through the parks through this self-guided meet-up program! Sign up to rent Nordic poles if you want to try trekking before you purchase your own set. You will be contacted to sign a borrower’s permit and pick up your set for the fall. A limited number of rental poles are available.

There is no registration deadline for this program. Join anytime! Note: Tuesday Trail Trekking locations will be the same as the A Walk in the Park program.

These are self-guided walks around your community parks! Enjoy reduced stress, improved quality of sleep and the many benefits from an improved quality of life. It will be A Walk in the Park!
